Delivery Information
Whilst we are able to deliver worldwide, we are only able to process UK orders via our website.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £15.00.
Delivery on UK orders under £15.00 is only £2.50.

If ordering from outside the UK, please see notes below.

We will be only too happy to take your order over the telephone, by post, e-mail or fax if you are ordering from the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Islands, BFPO, Republic of Ireland, Europe or worldwide. Delivery costs are dependent upon the weight of the parcel and the country to which it is being delivered. Please contact us either by e-mail to info@orchardtoys.com or by phoning 0044 (0) 1953 859520, with details of your order and we will confirm the shipping costs.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days, but to avoid disappointment, please allow 10 working days. Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required. As the delivery comes to you via a courier, we cannot book a specific date or time.

Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you a full refund. We will not pay return postage unless faulty. Please allow up to 28 days for the credit to appear on your account.
