25.07.2012 Cupcake baking bonanza!
To launch our latest game Where's my Cupcake? locally we held an in-house cupcake baking competition. We are always glad of the excuse to eat cake here at Orchard Toys, and we were all agog when the 10 mouth-watering plates of beautifully topped cupcakes were displayed in the canteen for judging.
Once the judging was over, came the moment we were all waiting for....grab a cupcake! In a blink they all disappeared... There were enough for us all to have a few each and £30 was raised for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH).
As well as containing cupcakes that look good enough to eat, Where's my Cupcake? contains a cupcake recipe, for mums or carers to bake with their children, thus adding more learning value to the game.
It was just this recipe that Jason Pugh used for his competition entry and it was good enough for him to win!
