After weeks of speculation Orchard Toys, the well-known designer and manufacturer of award-winning children’s games and puzzles, has launched their new website.
Says Simon Newbery, Managing Director, “We were hoping for a seamless switchover from our old site to the new one, but it was not to be. However, we hope that our customers will agree that the new site has been worth the wait !
“We would like to thank all of our customers who phoned in their orders, during the transition to the new site, and to apologise for any inconvenience caused while the site was down.”
The company is thrilled with their new ecommerce site, considering that it will not only speed up their customer ordering process, but will offer a far-improved shopping experience. Customers will be able to see instantly when new products are launched, or when they have won awards and will be able to upload product reviews to help others with their decision-making process.
