A fun food lotto game

A hilarious game for all the family.  Try to put together an edible meal on the place setting, but beware of making yukky combinations that will cause a tummy ache !

5 out of 5 stars Great family game!

By LauraCYMFT

Tummy ache is one of our favourtie games. It's easy for any child to play. You each take a place setting mat and you have to fill spaces with a dessert, drink, and your main meal. You need to watch out for the yucky foods that are covered in horrid bugs and creepy crawlies or you'll have to shout Tummy Ache!

5 out of 5 stars A fun game for all the family

By Beth

Tummy Ache is supplied in a fantastic, bright box with fun and child-friendly pictures. The information on the box is very informative and the instructions are clear and concise. They also contain various languages besides English!

Tummy Ache is a wonderful game which is fun for all members of the family of any age. The quality of the placemats and food cards is very good as they are thick and laminated. The images on them are bright and very child-friendly, even the text is easy to read. The pictures on the Tummy Ache food cards contain easily recognisable 'bad to eat' things such as spiders, worms and flies.

My son couldn't wait to play Tummy Ache when it arrived and he was more than happy to listen to me explaining what we had to do. We played the game a number of times (although we didn't always follow the rules exactly) and he laughed and shouted 'Tummy Ache' whenever I picked up a Tummy Ache card.

First going off, he did find it a little difficult to grasp the rules but he enjoyed playing regardless of this. He did enjoy choosing foods he likes in real life.

3 out of 5 stars Lovely game for younger children

By Jo Middleton

We're a massive fan of Orchard Toys, and I was really looking forward to playing this with my eight year old. We did enjoy it, but I would probably say it would be more suited to slightly younger children, as it didn't have the challenging element my daughter needs. That said, it was very easy to adapt, and we ended up turning it into a memory game!

4 out of 5 stars Tummy Ache

By Sarah

I remember many happy hours playing Tummy Ache with my own children, so I was delighted to see that it is still available! It's a hilarious game in which the players try to put together an edible meal - without getting any of the cards which mean the player gets a tummy ache. It's easy to play and the instructions are easy to follow, even for quite young children - it is recommended for children 3 - 10, and 2 to 4 players, but I think perhaps the younger age range will enjoy it more. Having said that though, it's a great family game. As with all Orchard Toys' products, the cards are strong and designed to withstand lots of use.
