My girls are 2 and nearly 5 and as a family we love the Orchard Toys games. The younger one's current favourite is "Dotty Dinosaurs" and my elder loves "Bus Stop" - although she gets quite cross if someone else in the family chooses one of her "favourite" passengers for their bus first! The games are great for giving us fun family time together, whilst also learning lots of good counting and colour matching skills.

I'm also really impressed at the quick, friendly and helpful customer service that I received when I contacted Orchard Toys with a query. Fantastic toys from a lovely company - keep up the good work and thank you!

I am a helper with the Ealing handicapped Irish Dancers. Some weeks, rather than dancing, we have Games Nights for the members, all of whom are special needs.

I just wanted to tell you that your Games are absolutely brilliant for our members. Last night, for instance, we played Doodlebugs, Ooky Spooky and Yo Ho Ho lotto. Even the helpers were laughing and thoroughly enjoying playing the games, and the members had great fun playing games which they can master despite, in some cases, their severe mental handicaps.

So this is just to say that your firm is appreciated, and your games are giving a lot of enjoyment to some very special people

My family just wanted to say how much we love Orchard Toys. I have two children - one about to turn 6 and one about to turn 3. We have over 20 of your games and numerous jigsaw puzzles and they are truly amazing. I love the fact that they are so durable - not thin and flimsy so they last.

My children love the fact they can play "proper games" with each other or their family and the colours and illustrations are great. We are currently on holiday down in Devon and we always buy a couple of new Orchard toys when we are here - ended up with Yo Ho Ho this year and There was an old lady - we have had lots of fun and have played them every day - my daughters are playing Yo Ho Ho now as I type!

With over 30 games produced by Orchard Toys, it is fair to say that we think that they are very well made in terms of quality of the game, design and playability.

Our 3 year old is currently obsessed with Crazy Chefs and asks to play it at least once every day. We ordered a couple of new games direct from Orchard Toys and not only were we impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the Customer Ordering service (Christine) but Orchard Toys also replaced (free of charge) a piece that had gone missing from one of our other games as well as replacing the Burping Gorilla which had stopped working. This means that our eldest will also be clamouring for us to play this again every day.

We placed the order and although told it would be a couple of days (which is what we expected), the order had arrived the next day.

Orchard Toys do not just rely on the old firm favourites such as Shopping List and Dotty Dinosaurs to name but two, they continue to develop other new games such as Animal Safari (our latest purchase) which you can guarantee will be just as good and enjoyable to play.

Whether you want to teach your children about colours, shapes, animals, counting dots, addition & times tables or rhyming words there is a game for you to pick. All this plus the wonderful fun to be had whilst learning about taking turns and winning/losing. All three of our children love to play the games, and once we sit down to play, there is no chance of limiting it to just one game. Thank you very much to everyone at Orchard Toys for making the games such good value for money and a brand that you know to trust.

I am a speech- language pathologist in Athens, Greece. For several years now I have been directing a therapy center for preschool and school age children with various difficulties.

In working with children, and especially children with difficulties, it is mandatory that we make learning simple and fun. We have always been using toys to help us do so, but we must admit your products, Orchard Toys, have made the difference. They are loved by all, therapists, children and parents and have been a valuable tool in carrying out our therapy session and reaching our goals.

I run a childminding setting and Orchard Toys' games are undoubtedly one of the most popular resources that the children choose to play with. It is great that you cater for such a large age range as the children in my care are from birth to 11.

Love your toys as they are simple, fun and educational. I am both a mum and children's occupational therapist, and I haven't met a child yet who doesn't love "Shopping List". You can adapt it for all ages and its a great visual/matching/memory/educational game. Keep up the amazing work

I was very impressed with the customer service from Orchard Toys. My youngest daughter received a number matching jigsaw for her 3rd birthday and when we opened it we found that the number 1 was missing. One phone call to Orchard Toys and the missing piece was despatched and arrived the next day.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say thanks for such a fantastic service at Christmas. I placed an order on 17 December 2010 and viewing your standard delivery times, let alone the weather that was causing disruption everywhere, I didn't expect to receive my order until after Christmas. I was extremely impressed when my parcel arrived in time for Christmas.
The games are great. I must add that my three year old niece absolutely loved the games and everyone aged from 3 to 70 had to scream at the crocodiles!!

Just wanted to let you know what a great company you are. Ordered online, easy - sent out straight away. Had to contact you but fantastic service on the phone, very helpful. Best order ever made online and the best thing -my kids favourite game is Shopping List - 4 and 6 year old boy and girl would play it every night if they could. All the other games get left on the wayside for Orchard Toys.
