Lost a piece from your Orchard Toys game? Don't worry, we understand that from time to time pieces can go missing or get lost down the back of the sofa so we’re only happy to help! 

If a piece is missing from a brand new game or jigsaw, please click here.

If you have lost a piece from your Orchard Toys game please fill in the form below, with as much detail as possible and we will arrange to send you a replacement piece within 30 days.

Please note: We are unable to replace lost jigsaw pieces and Greedy Gorilla burp boxes. We are also unable to replace boxes.

We do not charge for this service but if, as a token of appreciation, you would like to make a donation to our nominated charity East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) it would be greatly appreciated. You can do this both on our website at checkout or by visiting our JustGiving page.

Please note: This service is only available to UK customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacement pieces to BFPO numbers at this time.
