Free parts and replacement service

If you have a piece missing from a brand new game/jigsaw, please visit our Missing Pieces page.

Lost a piece from your Orchard Toys product? Don't worry, we understand that from time to time pieces can go missing or get 'hidden' by children! We will happily replace up to three lost game pieces per year for each customer as part of our free parts replacement service, provided we have them in stock. This service is only available to UK customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacement pieces to BFPO numbers at this time.

We do not charge for this service but if, as a token of appreciation, you would like to make a small donation to our nominated charity East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) it would be greatly appreciated. You can do this both on our website at checkout by adding a donation amount or on our JustGiving page.

Please note:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are now unable to replace lost jigsaw pieces because we cannot guarantee that our replacement pieces will fit your product.

We are unable to provide replacements for Greedy Gorilla burp boxes which are no longer working. In the majority of cases where a burp box has stopped working it is because the batteries need replacing. Details of the batteries required and instructions on how to change them can be found on the game instructions.

Please fill in the form below with as much detail as possible and we will arrange to send you a replacement piece. Please allow 14 days to receive your parts. 

We will process your Personal Data in order to send you the replacement piece(s). We will also process your Personal Data, on the basis of legitimate interest, to monitor our policy of offering up to three replacement game pieces per year, per customer.
