Lost a piece from your Orchard Toys product? Don't worry, we understand that from time to time pieces can go missing or get 'hidden' by children! We will happily replace up to three lost game pieces per year for each customer as part of our free parts replacement service, provided we have them in stock. This service is only available to UK customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacement pieces to BFPO numbers at this time.
We do not charge for this service but if, as a token of appreciation, you would like to make a small donation to our nominated charity East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) it would be greatly appreciated. You can do this both on our website at checkout by adding a donation amount or on our JustGiving page.
Please note: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are now unable to replace lost jigsaw pieces because we cannot guarantee that our replacement pieces will fit your product.
