Free prize draw closes 25/05/2021

1. By completing the Little Dish x Orchard Toys Free Prize Draw form at www.orchardtoys.com you will automatically entered into the Free Prize Draw.

2. You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Entry into the Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the U.K only.

5. By entering the Free Prize Draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. and Little Dish of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium).

6. Only one entry per person.

7.  Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. and Little Dish or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Free Prize Draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the Free Prize Draw.

8.  The Free Prize Draw is not open to Trade customers.

9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

10. Orchard Toys Ltd. accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd.

11. The closing date is Tuesday 25^th May, after this date, no further entries will be permitted.

12. There are two prizes bundles to be won.  Two winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on 26^th May 2021. The winners will be notified on this date.

13. Each winner of a Free Prize Draw bundle will receive a 3 month supply (24 meal vouchers supplied) of Little Dish meals, a Little Dish cool bag and a collection of wooden magnets as well as Orchard Toys Big Alphabet Jigsaw Puzzle, Jumble Jungle Game, Post Box Game and First Words Colouring Book.

14. Winners will be notified by email on 26^th May 2021 and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winners will be sent their prize by courier. Prizes will be shipped within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-3 working days.

15. A list of the winner’s names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com.

16. Orchard Toys Ltd. shall process any personal information you supply as detailed in our privacy policy and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.  By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information as detailed in these terms and conditions.

17. By entering the Free Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. Orchard Toys Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions as a result of any event outside of our control.

19. The Half Term Free Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
