Advent Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Advent FREE prize draw closes on Sunday 24th December 2023

 Terms and Conditions apply:

1. By completing an Advent Free Prize Draw entry form, you will be entered into our daily Advent Free Prize Draw (“Free Prize Draw”).
2. A new entry form must be completed for each day of the Free Prize Draw
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. Entry into the Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the U.K only.
5. By entering the Free Prize Draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium).
6. Only one entry per person, per day.
7. Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Free Prize Draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the Free Prize Draw.
8. The Free Prize Draw is not open to Trade customers.
9. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
10. Orchard Toys Ltd. accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd.
11. The Daily Free Prize Draw Winner will be nominated within 48 hours, or the following Monday for all weekend draws
12. One winner will be selected each day. The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process
13. The winner will receive the nominated game, jigsaw or colouring activity book for that day
14. Winners will be notified by an email and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winners will be sent their prize by courier.
15. A list of the winner’s names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com.
16. Orchard Toys Ltd. shall use and take care of any personal information you supply as detailed in our privacy policy and in accordance with the General Data Protection Legislation.  By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Free Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in point 14 above.
17. By entering the Free Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. Orchard Toys Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions as a result of any event outside of our control.
19. The Advent Free Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
