We offer a Birthday and Christmas Gift Wrapping Service, this is ideal for customers who wish to purchase an Orchard Toys game or jigsaw as a gift and have it sent directly to the recipient.

Please select Birthday or Christmas Gift Wrap and include your personalised message before adding the product to your basket.

How much is the gift wrap service?

The gift wrap service costs just £2.00 per item wrapped

Can you ship to two delivery addresses on one order?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order.

For example, if you wish to order 3 items and have one of these Gift Wrapped and sent to a different address, you will need to place a separate order for that purchase. 

What products is your gift wrap service available on?

Our gift wrap service is available on selected lines only.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service on the following products: Giant Road, At the Museum, World Map and Animal World and our Colouring Book range. The gift wrap service is also unavailable on all Tiberius products and misplaced pieces.

What does the gift wrap look like?

Is the gift wrap recyclable?

Yes, the gift wrap is 100% recyclable, however, please ensure you remove any tape from the paper before recycling.

Are discount codes available on the gift wrap service?

Any promotional codes are not redeemable on the gift wrap service

Can I add a gift tag?

We can add a personalised message on a gift tag to the product of your choice (excluding the products that the gift service is unavailable on) if you do not wish for us to include a message on the tag, please type BLANK in the Gift Message box at checkout.
