At Orchard Toys, we take great care in designing and manufacturing our games, puzzles, and activities to meet the highest safety standards, ensuring that every product that reaches your home has been rigorously tested.

With a few simple steps, you can help ensure that your Orchard Toys products remain safe and enjoyable for your children for years to come: 

• Regularly check your game, jigsaw puzzle, or activity for signs of wear and tear and throw away or repair any broken toys.
• Check for sharp edges or loose parts that may pose a choking hazard. If your toy has screws or rivets, check that they haven't become loose.
• Always follow instructions and safety warnings.
• Ensure the game or puzzle is suitable for your child's age. Some products may contain small parts that are unsuitable for younger children. 
• Keep game and puzzle pieces clean by wiping them with a damp cloth and mild soap, and allowing to air dry. Do not soak with water. Cleaning is only required if your child has been unwell or the toy is showing signs of dirt. 
• Report any safety issues or concerns to us. 

We carry out risk assessments and test all our products, using external accredited laboratories, to ensure they are compliant with the relevant standards, ensuring they are safe for children. 

All Orchard Toys products carry the UKCA Mark (UK) and CE Mark (EU). The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) mark is a product marking that shows a product placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) conforms to UK toy safety regulations. The CE mark (EU) means that the toy meets all the rules for toy safety set across Europe.
