Half Term Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. By completing the Half Term Preschool Free Prize Draw form or the Half Term School Free Prize Draw form orchardtoys.com you will automatically entered into that Free Prize Draw.
  2. You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Entry into the Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the U.K only.
  5. By entering the Free Prize Draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium).
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Free Prize Draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the Free Prize Draw.
  8. The Free Prize Draw is not open to Trade customers.
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  10. Orchard Toys Ltd. accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd.
  11. The closing date is Tuesday 1st June 2021, after this date, no further entries will be permitted.
  12. One winner will be chosen for the preschool bundle and one will be chosen for the school bundle. The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on 1st June 2021. The winners will be notified on this date.
  13. The winner of the Preschool Free Prize Draw will win First Jungle Friends puzzle, Old MacDonald Game, Spotty Sausage Dogs Game, Post Box Game, Rainbow Unicorns Game and Farmyard Colouring book.
  14. The winner of the School Free Prize Draw will win Dizzy Donkey Game, Times Tables Heroes Game, Speed Spelling Game, Mammoth Maths Game, Penalty Shoot Out Mini Game, World Map Jigsaw puzzle and More Things to Do Colouring Book.
  15. Winners will be notified by email by 3rd June 2021 and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winners will be sent their prize by courier. Prizes will be shipped within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
  16. A list of the winner’s names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com.
  17. Orchard Toys Ltd. shall process any personal information you supply as detailed in our privacy policy and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.  By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information as detailed in these terms and conditions.
  18. By entering the Free Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. Orchard Toys Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions as a result of any event outside of our control.
  20. The Half Term Free Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
