A small number of Orchard Toys Jungle Heads & Tails game (batch code SP/001639/058/17.03.25 only) have been identified as containing an elephant playing piece in which a cardboard disc was not removed from the finger hole during manufacture. The cardboard disc is a small component and may present a choking hazard. 

No injuries have been reported in connection with this matter. 

The quality and safety of our toys are important to us. As a precautionary measure, we are informing customers of this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customers who have purchased a Jungle Heads & Tails game, with batch code SP/001639/058/17.03.25 printed on the box flap should notify us via the form below and we will send you a claim pack to receive either a £20.00 voucher, with free delivery to use on www.orchardtoys.com or a credit refund of £9.50 (RRP of the game) . 

If you have an affected product (as per the batch code above) please remove the box flap displaying the batch code, and dispose of the game.

In order to process your claim we will require you to return the section of the box lid displaying the batch code (via freepost). Please do not return the product to store/retailer.
