1. No purchase is necessary
2. Entry into the free prize draw is open to residents of the UK only. 
3. By entering into the free prize draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium). 
4. Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the free prize draw are not eligible for entry into the free prize draw. 
5. The free prize draw is open to trade customers.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7. Orchard Toys Ltd. accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd.
8. One winner will be selected each month in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  
9. Winners will be notified via Social Media using the @orchardtoys social media profile or by email and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winners will be sent their prize by courier. Prizes will be shipped within 24 hours to end users, and within 28 days to trade customers. 
10. Orchard Toys Ltd. shall process any personal information you supply as detailed in our privacy policy and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.  By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information as detailed in these terms and conditions.
11. By entering the Free Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Orchard Toys Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions as a result of any event outside of our control.
13. The #learningmadefun giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
