Orchard Toys x STABILO Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By completing the Orchard Toys and STABILO giveaway form via www.orchardtoys.com you will automatically be entered into that free prize draw.
You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and whether the child you are entering on behalf of is left or right handed.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry into the Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the U.K only.
By entering the Free Prize Draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. and STABILO of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium).
Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. or STABILO, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Free Prize Draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the Free Prize Draw.
The Free Prize Draw is not open to Trade customers.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Orchard Toys Ltd. and STABILO accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd. or STABILO.
The closing date is Friday 22nd August at 11:59pm, after this date, no further entries will be permitted.
One winner will be chosen for the Orchard Toys Ltd. and STABILO prize bundle. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on Tuesday 30th August. The winner will be notified on Tuesday 30th August.
The winner of the Orchard Toys Ltd. and STABILO prize bundle will win: 1 x Rainforest Match, 1 x Things To Do Sticker Activity Book, 1 x Goose on the Loose, 1 x Jungle Snakes and Ladders, 1 x EASYcolours wallet of 12, 1 x EASYstart bundle (EASYgraph pencil, EASYsharpener and rubber), 1 x EASYoriginal holograph, 1 x Cappi wallet of 12.
The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 30th August and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winner will be sent their prize by courier.
A list of the winner’s names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com.

The Orchard Toys Ltd. and STABILO giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
