By completing the Orchard Toys and Fruit Bowl giveaway form via www.orchardtoys.com you will automatically be entered into that free prize draw.
You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry into the free prize draw is open to residents of the UK only
By entering the free prize draw the winner consents to the use by Orchard Toys Ltd. of the winner's photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium).
Only one entry per person.
Employees or family members of employees of Orchard Toys Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the free prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the free prize draw.
The free prize draw is not open to trade customers.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Orchard Toys Ltd. accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Orchard Toys Ltd.
The closing date is 11:59pm Friday 9th September 2022 , after this date, no further entries will be permitted.
One winner will be chosen for the Orchard Toys and Fruit Bowl bundle. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on Monday 12th September 2022 . The winner will be notified on this date.
The winner of the Orchard Toys and Fruit Bowl bundle will win Orchard Toys Tummy Ache, Orchard Toys Dino-Snore Us, Orchard Toys Rainbow Unicorns, Fruit Bowl fruit snacks.
The winner will be notified by email on 12th September 2022 and will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winner will be sent their prize by courier. Prizes will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the winner's details and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
A list of the winner's name will be available 28 days after the closing date, by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com

By entering the free prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information as detailed in these terms and conditions.

Orchard Toys Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions as a result of any event outside of our control.
The Orchard Toys and Fruit Bowl giveaway will be governed by English Law and entrants to the free prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
